For the first time, the MARTA Frame, when paired with the MARTA Pad, enables easy, contact-free vital sign monitoring for rats during procedures, enhancing both precision and animal welfare.
Integrating the MARTA Pad into the frame is effortless - just slide the pad into place for a quick setup. This intuitive design allows you to position the rat directly onto the heated pad. Even though the rat is only partially on the MARTA Pad, the heated frame ensures that the entire animal remains warm, enabling instant monitoring and immediate access to vital signs.
The frame is magnetic and can be combined with magnetic posts, holders, restrainers or magnetic anaesthesia masks.
